Performance Chromoly Flywheels are made from 4140 Chromoly forged steel, CNC machined and dynamically computer balanced to 15,000 RPM. Pressure Plate made from Ductile/ Nodular Cast Iron for maximum strength and highest wear resistant. Diaphragm springs made from 51CrV4 steel (imported from Germany) endure a multiple stage, heat-treating process for uncompromising performance and durability. Disc made from dual composite friction (segmented ceramic / steel-back brass plus) with chromoly sprung hub for higher torque capacity and smooth clutch engagement.
